How to Book
You can book for one course, or for multiple courses. If you wish to book multiple courses at once, put all the courses in your basket before proceeding to checkout. Once you have made a payment and received the confirmation message, you will be automatically logged out of your account.
Here is a step-by-step booking guide:
Step 1: Register and create an account, or Login if you already have an account. If you forget to do this, you will be prompted later.
Step 2: Click the courses tab and select your course category, then browse the available courses in your chosen category.
Step 3: Click MORE to see the full course information and price for any course
Step 4: Click BOOK NOW to add the course to your basket
As soon as you click BOOK NOW, a Basket tab appears on the menu bar and the checkout screen appears below. Click your basket at any time to check your booking selection.
Step 5: The first time you use our booking system, you will be asked how you heard about us. This box will not show when you make future bookings. We use this information to guide our marketing strategy.
If you are only booking one course, click CONTINUE.
If you are booking multiple courses DO NOT click CONTINUE. Instead click the Courses tab again and choose your next course. Repeat this process until you have selected all the courses and workshops you wish to book. When you see the checkout screen after selecting your final course, click CONTINUE and proceed to confirm your bookings.
Step 6: Review and edit your booking(s) in the checkout confirmation screen or the basket screen.
Step 7: Confirm your booking(s)
When you are happy with your selection, confirm by clicking BOOK NOW from the checkout confirmation screen or CHECKOUT from the basket screen. At this point a booking confirmation email will be sent to you and you will proceed to the payment screen.
Step 8: Complete the details on the Takepayments screen and click PAY NOW. A payment confirmation email will be sent to you from Takepayments.
How to join a waiting list
If a course is fully booked this will be stated in the course information tile.

Course Length
If your course runs across our half term break, this week will be included in the course length. For example, if you book on a 12-week course, there will be a one-week break for half term; your course booking confirmation will show that you are booked for weeks 1 – 13. The dates of the 12 weeks of teaching are given in your account.
