Come and enrol in our new Pilates courses on Thursdays at the Percival Guildhouse with instuctor, Anna Fo. We are offering three separate 7-week courses, at different times, so you can choose what suits you best. Whether you are a beginner or have some experience, all three courses will be suitable for you.

What to Bring to Beginner/Intermediate Pilates Courses
We will use foam rollers, spike balls, therabands, magic circles and small balls all provided by the instructor.
Please bring your own mat. The instructor also recommends wearing grip socks during the class.
All participants will be asked to complete a short health screening form (available at the Guildhouse) before their
first session.
