Fundraising

Fundraising is a vital part of the continuity and sustainability of The Percival Guildhouse.

Lift Project

Our internal lift has now been operating successfully for several years since its installation in September 2020. It is greatly appreciated by our students and staff and benefits the local community by making the Percival Guildhouse more accessible to all.

We would like to thank all our students, volunteers and especially the grant awarding bodies for their generous donations which made this project possible.

You can help by donating goods, running stalls, promoting the events or simply attending and participating in the creation of funds to ensure The Percival Guildhouse continues to be a comfortable, well-maintained venue for lifelong learning.

Two of our main fundraising fixtures are the Christmas Fair in November and the Plant Sale in May. At these times the community of students at PGH use their creativity and generosity to produce items for sale, usually generating a healthy profit which is always invested in the building.

Other fundraising events such as a Garden Party as part of the Rugby Festival of Culture or an Open House event also take place from time to time.

Devoted to Life Long Learning

Learning is not just for children. It is lifelong, and something we engage in everyday without realising. Here at The Percival Guildhouse, we pride ourselves on providing stimulating, enjoyable and relevant knowledge and skills through high quality non-vocational adult education.
